Training Evaluators
ENTAK program evaluators are required to participate in a training workshop before they start working as evaluators. These workshops are conducted to inform and train the program evaluator candidates in the following areas:
- To get to know ENTAK and the evaluation process more closely,
- Developing evaluation skills,
- Developing evaluative behavior,
- Ensuring consistency between evaluations,
- Developing evaluation report writing skills
